I am the Sustainability Manager at tide. My role is to ensure that tide are continuously thinking and acting in a commercial way to generate enough income to keep the charity running. I am responsible for utilising all avenues to obtain funding to allow the charity to be able to continue to help those who need support.
My previous role was selling medical devices into both the private and public sector which has taught me the skills required to be able to do my job at tide. Although I loved working in the private sector, I have always wanted to work in the voluntary sector as I feel as though I can help to strengthen and grow an organisation to allow them to become more sustainable and continue to have an impact on people’s lives.
