Each month we hold Focused Group meet ups to enable specific groups of carers to meet up virtually and discuss topics related to their experiences as carers.

Do you care for someone at home? Caring at home is a 24/7 job and can become emotionally and physically exhausting. This can become a very isolating experience without adequate support from family, friends and professionals. We often find that people who care for someone are so busy meeting the other person’s needs they are not able to meet their own. We want to ensure you feel you have somewhere to go and someone to turn to when you care for someone at home. Come along to our Home Carers Focus group to meet other carers and share thoughts, feelings and experiences.

WHEN? The second Wednesday of the month at 6PM – 7PM.
