Living Grief and Bereavement Group
This is a peer-support group which follows on from our Living Grief and Bereavement sessions (you can find these under the Carer Development Programme section of the events page). It isn't mandatory to have attended a Living Grief session but you may find it helpful before joining this group. We hope you will find a supportive, pressure-free space that allows you to connect with other carers and share common experiences in caring for someone.
The Living Grief and Bereavement Group meets on the 4th Monday of every month. The group has been set up for tide members to support one another in this extremely complex topic. The group can be accessed on a drop in basis so if you are not able to stay on the session for the full two hours then please feel free to come and go as you need. The purpose of the group is to offer connection for you all as carers and a safe space to talk about your experiences of living grief and bereavement and be heard by others who understand where you are coming from as well as the group looking at additional ways to inform, influence and grow the ongoing work of tide around this very important topic.
