Tide responded to the Welsh Parliament’s Health, Social Care and Sport Committee’s inquiry into Covid 19 by sharing anonymised views of carers who had taken part in the tide Covid-19 survey and the views of carer members who had contacted us directly. In particular, carers had commented on: visiting restrictions in care homes, lack of PPE, correspondence from Welsh Government and available information, paid care, shopping and loneliness.   We were pleased to see that Welsh Parliament has put forward 28 recommendations to Welsh Government and that many of the recommendations reflect the evidence submitted by tide.
