This session will help participants to look at their emotional wellbeing and how to look after it both throughout any involvement with tide and beyond.
We run free, friendly and informative events for unpaid carers. You will find regular coffee mornings and peer support groups where you can meet up with other like-minded carers to discuss concerns around dementia care. We host groups for former carers, young onset dementia carers, male carers and a living grief and bereavement group.
You will also find sessions for our Carer Development Programme here. This covers topics such as prioritising your emotional well-being and advice for advocating for yourself and the person you care for. Find out more about all our sessions here.
