Hiring: Regional Manager (North of England)

Are you passionate about carers of people with dementia having their voices heard – we are! tide are looking for a dynamic Regional Manager covering the North of England to join our team to help us establish, strengthen and increase the impact of tide across the region. The Role We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager who will be able to establish and strengthen the impact of tide across the region by seeking out and creating opportunities to cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders. Additionally you will lead and manage an enthusiastic regional team. Location:  Home based in the Yorkshire area with extensive travel across the North of England Salary: £35,000-£40,000 pa + competitive charity-sector benefits Hours: Full Time Duration: Permanent Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, flexible working, pension, Medicash option, discounted gym membership option, staff development and training. Closing date:  18th September 2019 Assessment Day and Interview: 8th October 2019  About You As Regional Manager (North), you will:
  • Have experience of leading and managing a geographically dispersed team, able to recruit and retain staff and volunteers.
  • Be adept at developing successful partnerships and building strong external relationships.
  • Willing and able to travel to support your team across the North of England.
  • Have a ‘hands on’, ‘can do’ attitude to raising the awareness and impact of tide.
