Living Grief and Bereavement - an introduction by Amanda McCarren

Amanda McCarren, Head of Development and Lead for Scotland and Northern Ireland, tide – Together in Dementia Everyday was invited to speak at the #NESBereavement2019 conference in Scotland. In this short film Amanda raises awareness of anticipatory grief and bereavement which family carers may experience when looking after someone with dementia before the time of death and the potential benefits in terms of them accessing support when health and social care professionals are aware of this issue.
