tide's Good News - December 2024

Great news! tide has been awarded a grant by the Dementia Trust to start some peer support groups for carers of younger people with dementia on Merseyside. We'll be working with the Alzheimers Society, who have already started groups for younger people with dementia, and will begin in Liverpool and Sefton.
