After my husband died, I lost all my confidence. All those years spent caring for him with Young Onset Dementia had taken their toll on me. Never in a million years, would I have imagined myself as a public speaker…. And yet that is just what I did. tide offered me an opportunity to speak at the opening Plenary at Dementia Congress, so I took it.
